What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you enter into the quote request form: your name, company, country, email address, and optionally your phone number and details about what you are printing. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, and to follow up on it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Tay Industrial & Commercial Co. except where we need a shipping or customs partner to complete an order you have placed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for as long afterwards as Egyptian commercial record-keeping requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any point by emailing info@tay-ink.com.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google and does set cookies, which is why it does not load until you press the button.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@tay-ink.com or to the address on the contact page and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
